Description

  • Own paid channel pipeline creation for the North American market to support sales growth.
  • Create and manage ads across search and paid social channels.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize channel budgets and spend efficiency.
  • Improve conversion performance across the funnel through testing and experimentation.
  • Partner with BDRs to gather qualitative feedback and improve lead follow-up and conversion.
  • Manage core PPC channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Capterra, and E-learning Industry.
  • Take ownership of paid social performance across LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Build and execute a marketing experiment roadmap to scale paid channels and improve touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with content, events, and product marketing teams on larger integrated campaigns.
  • Translate campaign learnings into strategic insights for the North American marketing roadmap.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in SEM, especially Google Ads, and paid social, especially LinkedIn and Facebook Ads.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on online campaign management experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and numbers.
  • Strong analytical skills to report on performance, identify bottlenecks, and design experiments.
  • High attention to detail when launching campaigns and reviewing assets.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage projects independently, and adapt in a fast-changing hypergrowth environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with clear and structured messaging.
  • Command of marketing automation tools such as Marketo is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
