Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of ~100 mid-market customer accounts (100–2,500 employees) and drive upsell and revenue growth.
  • Map accounts, define account growth strategies, and prioritize the portfolio through tiering.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Partners and internal experts (digital pedagogy, platform structuring, IT) to monitor client projects and enable upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct account reviews, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Complete handovers, write complex business proposals, and lead commercial negotiations to close deals.
  • Forecast and accurately report activity with your coach to optimize pipeline and revenue predictions.
  • Achieve quarterly ARR targets (close ~30–50k€ new ARR in first quarter and ~65–85k€ in second quarter, depending on start date).
  • Define action plans to generate upsells and prepare, anticipate, and ensure contract renewals.
  • Manage the full business relationship with clients to ensure retention and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager or sales-related role with responsibility for revenue generation from a client portfolio.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup/scale-up environment requiring agility and responsiveness.
  • Proven ability to drive upsells and manage renewals within an account portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and a team player mindset.
  • Fluent English (US/UK); French at B2 level or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work fully remotely (role open to full remote anywhere in France) and to complete onboarding with tools like Trello and the company's Convexity environment.
