Description

  • Own the GTM AI operating model, including skills, agent evaluations, cost, adoption, and ROI.
  • Set the long-term architecture and build-versus-buy strategy for CRM, marketing automation, and customer success systems.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable solutions and prioritize initiatives based on cost, feasibility, and impact.
  • Lead and coach five senior individual contributors across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, customer success systems, and web operations.
  • Establish standards for documentation, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage vendor evaluations, quarterly keep-or-kill reviews, renewals, and the full commercial technology vendor lifecycle.
  • Partner with Data, Enablement, Security, Finance, and commercial leadership teams.
  • Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
  • Ship AI agents connected to business data, with defined owners, outcome measures, and measurable business impact.
  • Create and maintain a 12–18 month roadmap for systems infrastructure, operating practices, and the AI portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, AI or agentic workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS, technical product management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and shipping reliable, scalable systems that address ambiguous business problems.
  • Fluency with modern GTM systems, including Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing, or customer lifecycle tools.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise preferred.
  • Experience building AI agents, LLM plugins or skills, business-system connectors, and agent evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to prioritize investments and measure pipeline, conversion, efficiency, and revenue impact.
  • Strong strategic alignment, executive communication, and change-management abilities.
  • Experience conducting end-to-end vendor evaluations.
  • Ability to set quality standards and coach senior individual contributors.
  • Fluent English at US/UK level or B2-level French equivalent.
