Description

  • Own the GTM AI operating model, including skills, agent evaluations, cost, adoption, and ROI.
  • Define the long-term architecture of the CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and related GTM stack.
  • Evaluate business problems, recommend build-versus-buy solutions, and assess cost and feasibility.
  • Lead and coach five senior individual contributors across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, customer success systems, and web operations.
  • Set standards for documentation, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.
  • Manage vendors end to end, including evaluations, quarterly reviews, and renewals.
  • Partner with Data, Enablement, Security, Finance, and commercial leaders on priorities and execution.
  • Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
  • Ship AI agents connected to business data with defined owners, success measures, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop a 12–18 month roadmap and demonstrate the commercial capacity and impact generated by the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue technology, agentic AI workflow products, enterprise SaaS, technical product management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience translating ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling and determining when to automate.
  • Fluency with modern GTM systems, including Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing, or customer lifecycle tools.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise preferred.
  • Experience building AI agents, LLM-based plugins or skills, business-system connectors, and agent evaluations.
  • Ability to define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to measure impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency, and revenue.
  • Strong strategic alignment, executive communication, change management, and stakeholder leadership skills.
  • Experience conducting end-to-end vendor evaluations.
  • Ability to establish documentation, testing, and deployment standards while coaching senior individual contributors.
  • Fluent English at US/UK proficiency or B2-level French equivalent.
