Description

  • Own the internal AI operating model for GTM, including skills, agent evaluations, cost, adoption, and ROI.
  • Lead the long-term design of the GTM technology stack and determine when to build versus buy.
  • Translate business problems into scalable systems, products, and AI agents.
  • Lead and coach five senior individual contributors across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, customer success systems, and web operations.
  • Set standards for documentation, testing, and deployment while maintaining team velocity.
  • Manage vendor evaluations, quarterly keep-or-kill reviews, and renewals across the commercial stack.
  • Partner with Data, Enablement, Security, Finance, and commercial function leaders.
  • Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
  • Develop quarterly objectives, a 12–18 month roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ship AI agents that monitor business data, engage stakeholders autonomously, and deliver agreed outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue technology, agentic or AI workflow products, enterprise SaaS, technical product management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and shipping reliable, scalable systems from ambiguous business problems.
  • Fluency with modern GTM systems, including Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing, or customer lifecycle tools.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise is preferred.
  • Experience building AI agents, LLM plugins or skills, business-system connectors, and agent evaluations.
  • Ability to define KPIs, run experiments, prioritize investments, and measure impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency, and revenue.
  • Strong strategic alignment, executive communication, change management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience conducting end-to-end vendor evaluations.
  • Ability to establish documentation, testing, and deployment standards and coach senior ICs.
  • Fluent English at US/UK level or B2-level French equivalent.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
