Description

  • Own pipeline creation through paid channels for the North American market.
  • Create ads for search and paid social campaigns.
  • Define, monitor, and manage channel budgets.
  • Optimize the conversion funnel through ongoing experimentation.
  • Follow up with BDRs to gather qualitative feedback on campaign performance.
  • Launch and scale marketing experiments to improve lead generation and ROI.
  • Take ownership of paid social performance across LinkedIn and Facebook Ads.
  • Partner with US BDRs to improve lead follow-up and conversion to business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content, events, and product marketing teams on more ambitious campaigns.
  • Feed business insights from campaign results back to Product Marketing and Sales.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise with SEM, especially Google Ads, and paid social platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook Ads.
  • Minimum of 2 years of first-hand online campaign management experience.
  • Data-focused mindset with a performance-driven approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to launch campaigns accurately.
  • Analytical skills to create reports, identify bottlenecks, and design experiments.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage projects independently, and adapt in a fast-changing hypergrowth environment.
  • Clear, structured written communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
