Description

Manage the implementation team during customer launch in the build phase and act as a project manager when local language support is needed.
Support clients after go-live in their digital training strategy using the 360Learning platform.
Coordinate technical, educational, and other internal resources to drive contract renewals.
Align customer outcomes with client business objectives and ensure platform impact is measurable.
Work closely with the local sales team to help meet client KPIs.
Collaborate with customer success colleagues across Europe and the US.
Host customer meetings, gather feedback, and initiate new projects with new clients.
Participate in discovery meetings with Product Managers to identify features that affect customer success work.
Define learning transformation roadmaps and retro-planning with clients.
Identify at-risk accounts, implement remedial action plans, and reduce churn.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in a Customer Success role, ideally in the SaaS industry.
Native German language skills and fluent English proficiency.
A proactive mindset and comfort working in a strong results-oriented culture.
Ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio of clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear and concise expression.
Strong interest in the digital industry, especially education and e-learning.
Experience identifying customer use cases and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders is preferred.
Experience working with account managers to develop new project opportunities is preferred.
Enthusiasm for 360Learning and Convexity culture.
Availability to work remotely anywhere in Germany, France, or the UK is offered as a benefit and may be relevant to candidates.
