Description

  • Build strong relationships with HR and learning leaders at enterprise client accounts to drive usage, adoption, and impact.
  • Coordinate internal 360Learning resources, including technical and pedagogical teams, to support client success.
  • Act as a facilitator across complex enterprise accounts to help secure renewals and new contracts.
  • Define learning transformation roadmaps with clients and identify the resources needed to achieve them.
  • Create retro-planning for initiatives on the platform and ensure follow-through.
  • Identify and document customer use cases and share insights with internal teams.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including top management teams.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Reduce churn by identifying at-risk customers and implementing remedial action plans.
  • Develop and share best practices with the broader Client Success team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or in HR, learning, change management consulting, or digital learning management.
  • Ability to lead complex, high-impact projects in enterprise accounts with more than 2,000 employees.
  • Proven knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Strong interest in the digital industry, education, and e-learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Native French speaker with excellent English proficiency (minimum B2).
  • Experience working with enterprise stakeholders such as CHROs, Chief Learning Officers, and Digital Learning Managers is relevant.
  • Ability to manage renewal, adoption, and account growth objectives across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
