Description

  • Provide customer support across tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the WhatsApp API and support API-related problem solving.
  • Liaise with the L2 team to identify and implement solutions.
  • Help partners and clients navigate the WhatsApp API ecosystem.
  • Communicate with Meta representatives to resolve customer and platform issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Support customers in optimizing their use of WhatsApp for marketing and messaging automation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in support, technical support, or a related role.
  • Interest in moving into a more challenging support position.
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Solid understanding of technical fundamentals and support tools such as Slack, Atlassian JIRA, Google Workspace, and Intercom or similar.
  • Fluent English (C1) and one other language.
  • Strong customer focus and a willingness to engage with and help customers.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API or Meta Graph API is a plus.
  • Programming skills in SQL, JavaScript, Python, or React are a plus.
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana or similar is a plus.
  • People management experience is a plus.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
