Description

  • Serve as the interface between clients and the organization.

  • Able to take ownership of entire products, projects, or initiatives.
  • Able to create strategy or contribute meaningfully to strategy development.
  • Has a scalable mindset and knows how to design and build scalable solutions and processes.
  • Understands the difference between real knowledge, skill, and hands-on experience.
  • Can listen and learn while also contributing knowledge back to the organization.
  • Background check may be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
