Description

  • Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging channels, including calendar planning and posting cadence.
  • Manage the company’s social presence across company channels, executive personal brands, employee advocacy, and external influencer and advocate relationships.
  • Run an employee advocacy program for executives and customer-facing employees by ghostwriting, coaching, and enabling them to post authentically.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, analysts, customer advocates, and partners to expand reach and credibility.
  • Write on-brand copy for social posts, graphics, and thought leadership content with consistent voice and precision.
  • Produce and direct visual content on-site or coordinate freelance photo and video resources to maintain a high quality bar.
  • Ship executive and customer video series on a consistent schedule.
  • Create and execute event content playbooks for pre-event promotion, live coverage, and post-event follow-up.
  • Contribute to omnichannel campaigns spanning social, paid, and email.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, branded search lift, share of voice, and social contribution to brand and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in B2B social media, content, or brand, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or another technical considered-purchase category.
  • A portfolio demonstrating campaigns, event coverage, or programs that measurably increased engagement, reach, or brand awareness.
  • Strong writing ability across multiple voices and audiences, including executive and company voice.
  • Aesthetic and visual taste with the ability to create content directly or manage production quality.
  • LinkedIn organic fluency and working knowledge of paid social and how organic supports demand generation.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to own strategy and execution as a single accountable owner.
  • Proficiency with Sprout Social or Ayrshare, HubSpot, Wrike, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, and core B2B social platforms.
  • Experience launching or scaling an employee advocacy program is preferred.
  • Experience building or running an influencer or advocate program is preferred.
  • Background in identity, cybersecurity, fintech, or selling to financial institutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI content and social tooling is preferred.
  • Experience connecting social efforts to pipeline metrics is preferred.
