Description

  • Design and optimise blockchain product architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Lead the development, auditing, and integration of smart contracts within decentralised protocols.
  • Conduct technical research and proof-of-concept experiments to support blockchain development decisions.
  • Develop and improve cross-chain interoperability solutions such as cross-chain swaps and bridges.
  • Design efficient algorithms with a focus on gas optimisation.
  • Define and implement CI/CD processes for blockchain development.
  • Analyse potential attack vectors and apply blockchain security best practices.
  • Monitor emerging blockchain, Web3, and crypto technologies.
  • Perform rigorous code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with auditors, product teams, the CPO, and other engineers to deliver secure product launches.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in blockchain engineering.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, Solidity, Yul, EVM, and decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, including Optimistic and ZK Rollups, and cross-chain protocols such as atomic swaps and bridges.
  • Proven technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and mentoring experience at Senior level and above.
  • Strong background in blockchain security and smart contract audits.
  • Proficiency in Solidity, Yul, Rust, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with smart contract development and deployment frameworks such as Foundry and Hardhat.
  • Understanding of DeFi protocols, AMMs, liquidity pools, and oracle integrations.
  • Experience building high-performance distributed systems.
  • Preferred location in Dubai or remote within +/- 4 hours GST time.
