Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for a defined portfolio of existing business accounts.
  • Manage a set of 25–35 Enterprise accounts in the Americas market with individual account values of approximately $40k–$200k in annual revenue.
  • Cultivate meaningful, long-lasting client relationships and develop trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and meet sales targets.
  • Develop new business within existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Zyte solutions according to customer needs and objectives by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal functions (Finance, Project Management, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success) to execute account retention and growth strategies and resolve escalations.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare regular account status reports.
  • Visit clients and conduct in-person meetings as needed to maintain relationships and drive expansion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an Account Management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales quotas in revenue retention and account expansion.
  • Proven deal-closing and negotiation skills with Large Enterprise and Mid-market accounts.
  • Previous experience in consultative selling within Professional Services and SaaS products is required.
  • Demonstrated experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with Customer Success teams to grow and expand Enterprise accounts.
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Commercially savvy within a tech scaleup environment with a history of delivering/over-delivering against sales quotas.
  • Willingness to visit clients and engage in in-person meetings; understanding of data harvesting/web crawling is a plus but not required.
