Description

  • Generate appointments and create opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, social media, networking) and targeted campaigns.
  • Progress Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from qualification through the sales cycle to closure, providing prompt follow-up by phone and email.
  • Qualify prospects with detailed questioning, score them internally, and recommend Zyte products as best-fit solutions for customer needs.
  • Use strong selling and negotiation skills to gain customer commitment and close deals, including selling to enterprise accounts.
  • Forecast new business pipeline accurately using Zyte’s sales methodology (MEDDPICC) and provide visibility for senior management.
  • Log, track and maintain customer contact records and update the CRM to a very high standard.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team and cross-functional teams on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and provide feedback on lead quality and lead-to-deal conversion.
  • Attend customer meetings and conferences in person where required to support deal progression and relationship building.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an outbound sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales and activity quotas.
  • Proven deal-closing and negotiation skills with experience selling to enterprise accounts (SaaS/PaaS experience preferred).
  • Experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity and support forecasting/business planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and demanding targets, with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience collaborating on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Understanding of data harvesting/web crawling is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness/ability to attend in-person customer meetings and conferences as needed.
