Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of cross-platform People & Culture solutions across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and related HR tooling.
  • Architect secure, scalable, and seamless employee experiences across the HR landscape.
  • Evaluate, design, and implement AI-driven HR solutions and automated workflows.
  • Use AI-assisted coding, AI applications, and multi-agent orchestration to accelerate development and data mapping.
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert and strategic partner to HR, Payroll, and IT executives.
  • Translate technical concepts and AI capabilities into business value and user experience improvements.
  • Develop data-driven business cases with ROI analysis and adoption metrics for P&C technology investments.
  • Create executive presentations to communicate strategy, impact, and implementation progress.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans using agile methodologies.
  • Design test plans and scripts to ensure integrations and custom AI applications are delivered on time and with high quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering or systems integration experience.
  • At least 4 years of architectural-level experience with the Workday Integrations framework, including Payroll Integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, and advanced reporting like BIRT or Custom RaaS APIs.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience using AI-driven solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Experience integrating AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), or MCP frameworks into enterprise workflows.
  • Practical experience with AI prompting techniques and AI-assisted development practices.
  • Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases, justify investments, and measure ROI of P&C technology solutions.
  • Experience developing custom Workday Extend applications integrated with proprietary or open-source LLMs (preferred).
  • Experience with Greenhouse, ServiceNow HRSD modules, Workato or similar middleware, AI agents in HR processes, and hyperscaler infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $134,400 to $168,000 USD, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits.
