Description

  • Master the Zscaler SecOps platform and translate customer requirements into actionable integration plans with cross-functional partners.
  • Onboard and map cybersecurity and IT data sources to align integrations with customer use cases.
  • Own data quality and pipeline integrity by auditing environments, troubleshooting issues, identifying security gaps, and defining remediation steps.
  • Use Python, APIs, and AI coding agents to configure, customize, and automate data transformations and platform workflows.
  • Communicate technical findings to stakeholders and provide field insights to the Engineering team to drive product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Services, and subject matter experts to support implementation and integration efforts.
  • Support customer outcomes by customizing workflows and integration approaches for measurable results.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering background with broad knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, especially vulnerability, exposure, and threat management.
  • Hands-on experience managing cybersecurity data pipelines, including ingestion, mapping, deduplication, normalization, and unification.
  • Experience integrating security tools and data sources such as EDR, VM scanners, CNAPP/CSPM, ticketing/CMDB, identity, and cloud logs.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis, modeling, parsing, transformations, API interaction, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Direct experience working with data transformation pipelines preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in the US.
  • Comfort communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
