Description

  • Partner with enterprise account teams to own and execute the technical sales strategy for AI security opportunities from discovery to close.
  • Configure and present tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate Zscaler’s AI security platform.
  • Advise customers on modern AI patterns, including RAG, agents, and prompt workflows, and how to reduce AI-related security risks.
  • Serve as the field subject matter expert on AI security, data exposure, and unsanctioned AI usage.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Build reusable demo assets, technical content, competitive positioning, and enablement playbooks to scale the field motion.
  • Train and support enterprise account teams with best practices and reusable technical materials.
  • Work across sales and go-to-market functions to support complex enterprise opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), MCP orchestration patterns, and their security risks.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust architecture, data loss prevention (DLP), cloud-native security platforms, and API integrations.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex AI architectures into business value and security outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams.
  • Hands-on experience interacting with LLM APIs, scripting, creating agentic automation routines, or building lightweight AI applications is preferred.
  • Direct experience helping enterprises deploy production AI while addressing data leakage, model governance, compliance frameworks, and shadow AI is preferred.
  • History of creating high-impact field assets, technical workshops, and competitive positioning content is preferred.
