Description

  • Own Ludia’s internal AI strategy, roadmap, policy, platform register, governance, and budget.
  • Lead the AI engineering team and remain hands-on in building, reviewing, and standardizing AI agents and copilots.
  • Define AI architecture, development, evaluation, security, testing, CI/CD, observability, and responsible-AI standards.
  • Build and support reusable Ludia Labs accelerators for customer projects across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Identify, prioritize, pilot, measure, scale, or discontinue AI automation opportunities across business functions.
  • Lead all customer AI implementation projects and serve as the primary contact for AI products, escalations, and account health.
  • Partner with Sales on pre-sales, expansion opportunities, follow-on work, managed services, and AI roadmaps.
  • Educate and mentor engineers, consultants, and business teams through training, office hours, demos, and enablement.
  • Represent Ludia in executive briefings, steering committees, quarterly business reviews, and customer conversations.
  • Track adoption, business outcomes, AI incidents, platform usage, and spending against defined targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in AI, data, or solution architecture, including at least 3 years leading an AI team, practice, or capability.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI agents and copilots into production with measurable user or business value.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Ability to build agents and write code in C#/.NET, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Expertise with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
  • Experience with RAG, grounding, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls, telemetry, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or Microsoft Agent Framework; familiarity with MCP or A2A preferred.
  • Experience owning AI governance, acceptable-use policies, budgets, security, responsible AI, access controls, data residency, audit trails, DLP, and ALM.
  • Strong executive communication, change leadership, teaching, mentoring, and organizational enablement skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include Physical Operations or Dynamics 365 industry experience, Microsoft AI certifications, reusable accelerator development, ISO/IEC 42001 familiarity, AB-620 or AI-102 certification, and occasional U.S. travel availability.
