Description

  • Own and execute the technical sales strategy for enterprise AI security opportunities from discovery through close.
  • Configure and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-values that demonstrate Zscaler’s AI security platform to technical and executive audiences.
  • Act as the field subject matter expert on AI patterns such as LLMs, RAG, agents, and prompt workflows.
  • Advise customers on preventing sensitive data exposure, shadow AI usage, and other AI-related security risks.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to bring customer feedback into the roadmap.
  • Build reusable demo assets, technical content, and enablement playbooks to scale the global sales force.
  • Train and share best practices with enterprise account teams and other go-to-market partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing on AI field strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MCP orchestration patterns.
  • Understanding of the security risks associated with modern AI and GenAI systems.
  • Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust architecture, data loss prevention (DLP), cloud-native security platforms, and API integrations.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and go-to-market teams.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, scripting, agentic automation routines, or lightweight AI applications is preferred.
  • Direct experience helping enterprises deploy production AI while addressing data leakage, model governance, compliance, and shadow AI is preferred.
  • History of creating technical workshops, competitive positioning, and other field enablement assets is preferred.
