Description

  • Develop and execute the organization’s security architecture vision for product security and enterprise security, aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of security architects and engineers in Israel and the US.
  • Lead the security champions program and help employees across the company advocate for security best practices.
  • Oversee the secure development lifecycle and ensure controls such as threat modeling and vulnerability scanning are implemented.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks through proactive controls and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of security practices and advance the security agenda across the organization.
  • Create and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to support regulatory and industry compliance.
  • Oversee security architecture governance for a large engineering organization spanning product, data, and enterprise applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in information security.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing security architecture governance.
  • Strong knowledge of security architecture frameworks and models.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex security programs.
  • Proven track record leading security architecture initiatives in a global organization.
  • Experience with cloud security architectures and technologies.
  • Preferred experience in a SaaS company.
  • Preferred experience in a multi-cloud environment.
