Description

  • Engineer scalable CI/CD platforms using GitHub Actions, including custom actions and reusable workflows.
  • Develop internal tools and CLI utilities in Go or JavaScript to automate SDLC tasks and reduce manual operations.
  • Maintain the Kubernetes ecosystem to support developer workloads, scalability, and high availability.
  • Lead projects from architectural design through implementation and long-term maintenance.
  • Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for version-controlled application and infrastructure management.
  • Provision and manage complex GCP and AWS environments using software-defined infrastructure principles.
  • Collaborate with distributed architects and engineers across time zones to align on platform delivery and communication.
  • Identify system-wide bottlenecks and proactively improve platform reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role, or 6+ total years including at least 3 years in software development and 3 years in DevOps.
  • Proven ownership of ambiguous projects and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong programming skills in Go, JavaScript, or Python for automation and tooling.
  • Hands-on experience as a Kubernetes maintainer with cluster management, resource optimization, and knowledge of Kubernetes internals.
  • Experience designing complex, logic-heavy CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
  • Experience or knowledge in AI/ML development, including LLM-based applications or AI infrastructure.
  • Advanced experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Experience with Crossplane for managing cloud infrastructure via Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Datadog or OpenTelemetry for platform observability.
  • Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd, or with microservices networking.
