Description

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for company data, including vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to company objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities that improve data quality, expand coverage, and unlock new customer use cases.
  • Drive integration of new data sources for company attributes, including evaluating, negotiating, and productizing third-party partnerships.
  • Build scalable frameworks for data enhancement, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement, including resolution of critical data quality issues.
  • Define and track metrics for coverage, accuracy, freshness, and customer adoption of company data.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to solve complex problems in company matching, hierarchies, entity resolution, and data pipelines.
  • Lead product discovery through customer interviews and data analysis to uncover deeper customer pain points.
  • Create documentation, enablement materials, and objection-handling frameworks for internal and customer-facing teams.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives with product marketing and sales to position, message, and monetize company data improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 4+ years focused on data products, data platforms, or data-intensive B2B SaaS.
  • Proven record of shipping impactful data products that improve quality, expand coverage, or unlock new use cases.
  • Deep technical understanding of data pipelines, data quality frameworks, entity resolution, data modeling, and/or machine learning applications.
  • Strong understanding of company data, firmographics, hierarchies, and business intelligence domains.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience influencing engineering, data science, operations, and GTM teams without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and create comprehensive documentation.
  • B2B SaaS experience, preferably in enterprise data products, APIs, or data-as-a-service offerings.
  • Background in data science, engineering, or analytics prior to product management is preferred.
  • Experience in high-scale data processing environments involving billions of records and complex entity resolution is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DaaS platforms, data marketplaces, customer enablement, or technical documentation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA and their product implications is preferred.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $151,900 to $238,700.
  • Additional compensation may include bonus, commission, and equity.
