Description

  • Own the top of the funnel by building deep pipelines of qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Use LinkedIn, advanced Boolean search, and other creative channels to proactively source and engage passive candidates.
  • Build and nurture a "Hot List" of pre-vetted, high-potential candidates for critical roles.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and administer assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and motivation.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter partner to analyze market trends and talent pool data.
  • Refine sourcing strategies based on market intelligence and pipeline performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized candidate pipeline in the ATS.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or top-of-funnel recruiting role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn and advanced Boolean logic.
  • Experience sourcing and placing technical roles such as Software Engineers, QA Analysts, and UX/UI Designers.
  • Excellent communication skills for outreach messaging and screening calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining a clean pipeline in an ATS.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Mid-level experience with 3+ years in recruiting is required; senior-level profiles may not be the best fit.
