Description

  • Proactively manage customer relationships to support renewals, referenceability, and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage a strategic public sector portfolio across Federal Civilian/Defense agencies and SLED entities.
  • Drive adoption of Zimperium’s solution within customer environments and help customers realize business value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by developing strong product, domain, and functional expertise.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and act as the primary contact for risks, escalations, and issue management.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to inform product capabilities and use-case improvements.
  • Support customer onboarding, including deployment planning, best practices, and proactive risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Learn the product and deployment environment deeply enough to hold in-depth technical conversations with customers.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering degree.
  • 5+ years of experience working with enterprise software solutions; startup experience is desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably with security companies.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of large enterprise and/or Federal customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good business acumen.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Domain expertise in mobility and security is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.
  • Basic technical understanding of architecture and data interpretation is required.
