Description

  • Source, retouch, and enhance photos to match the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
  • Curate and sequence imagery to create visual narratives for campaigns, social media, websites, and print.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure imagery supports storytelling objectives.
  • Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, newsletters, and web content.
  • Create layouts for print materials such as postcards, advertisements, brochures, and editorial-style publications.
  • Develop graphic elements, typographic treatments, and layouts that complement photographic storytelling.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print with correct formatting, color profiles, and technical specifications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop visual concepts for campaigns and editorial projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for visual storytelling and brand expression.
  • Maintain organized working files and support efficient digital asset management workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in photo editing, visual curation, or digital content production.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Illustration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both photo editing and graphic design work is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to curate imagery that supports visual storytelling and editorial narratives.
  • Basic understanding of print production, typography, layout systems, and color management.
  • Strong understanding of composition, color, visual hierarchy, and brand aesthetics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and collaboration.
  • Interest in travel and understanding of the luxury travel market is highly desirable.
