Description

  • Define the strategic direction for agentic applications within AthenaOS, including discovery, orchestration, navigation, integration, and governance.
  • Lead the AthenaOS application framework and its OS-level constructs, including lifecycle standards, cross-application orchestration, layout primitives, role inheritance, and consistency across apps.
  • Design and operate the ecosystem governance model, including certification criteria, moderation workflows, compliance boundaries, and escalation processes.
  • Define reusable primitives and standards for modular app development, including data, intelligence, activation, workflows, UX patterns, design systems, and APIs.
  • Partner with Athena AI teams to define how applications are assembled, extended, or generated using LLMs and related tooling.
  • Establish guardrails and validation approaches for safely generated AI-driven applications, including human-in-the-loop checks and automated compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, security, privacy, infrastructure, AI research, and GTM teams to drive execution and alignment.
  • Influence executive-level product strategy for the broader Athena initiative and its application ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a deep focus on platforms, operating systems, ecosystems, or AI-driven application frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to define governance, certification, or compliance systems at scale.
  • Strong architectural intuition and systems thinking.
  • Experience collaborating closely with AI/ML teams on model interfaces, guardrails, or agentic workflows.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven cross-functional influence.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol integration.
  • Experience with enterprise application design or modular platform architecture (preferred).
  • Experience working on security, privacy, or resource-governance standards (preferred).
