Description

  • Own the full partner lifecycle, including identifying, developing, and managing relationships with integration partners, AI products, and adjacent communities.
  • Proactively identify and shape partnership opportunities, deciding when to advance them independently and when to involve product leadership.
  • Design and execute co-marketing campaigns such as webinars, co-authored content, newsletter placements, and event activations.
  • Track, measure, and report on the success of partner marketing and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Represent zeroheight as a visible voice in the design systems community through writing, speaking, and participation in external and internal forums.
  • Create educational content about design systems best practices, zeroheight, integrations, and AI-driven product development workflows.
  • Stay current on AI developments affecting design systems, including MCPs, AI-assisted component generation, and prototyping tools, and apply that insight to content and conversations.
  • Work alongside the Principal Design Systems Advocate to share advocacy responsibilities across content, events, and community engagement.
  • Join sales and customer success calls to provide domain expertise and help unblock complex design systems challenges.
  • Surface partner and ecosystem intelligence, including use cases, emerging workflows, and unmet needs, to inform product marketing, product, commercial teams, and partnership strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience as a design systems practitioner who has built or maintained a design system.
  • An existing audience, community presence, or body of published work that establishes trust in the design systems space.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to own partner relationships end-to-end and connect work to pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills, including long-form writing, conference speaking, and webinar hosting.
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for AI’s impact on design systems, including MCPs, AI coding tools, and generative design.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to identify opportunities and build or ship independently.
  • Experience in a formal partner marketing role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market is preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing in a startup environment is preferred.
