Description

  • Own the Core team product roadmap and keep it aligned with the GM's strategic direction.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain product initiatives with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with Game Design, Analytics, and LiveOps to ensure initiatives are well-defined and well-executed.
  • Use data to inform prioritization and evaluate results in partnership with Analytics.
  • Align with Growth on upcoming features and releases.
  • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers.
  • Maintain visibility into what the team is working on, what is at risk, and what is next.

Requirements

  • Proven product management experience in midcore mobile game development is required.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to evaluate features from player, business, and execution perspectives.
  • Ability to work independently within a defined strategic context without constant direction.
  • Deep understanding of product analytics, including retention, monetization, and engagement metrics.
  • Structured and pragmatic thinking with a focus on simplifying complexity.
  • Strong communication and alignment skills with the ability to lead through influence rather than hierarchy.
  • Ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes, not just process.
  • Experience with PvP or competitive mobile games is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Russian is an advantage.
