Description

  • Create marketing videos from concept through final delivery, either by developing original ideas or executing existing concepts.
  • Generate and refine creative hypotheses using performance data, player behavior, market trends, and competitor research.
  • Take ownership of created assets and work to improve their performance over time.
  • Use AI tools across ideation, asset creation, production, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with the team lead and other creatives to share ideas, feedback, and learnings.
  • Continuously develop high-performing marketing creatives that support user acquisition results.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Unity is a plus.
  • Strong motion design and video editing skills.
  • Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience using AI tools for creative production.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate original ideas.
  • Ability to learn from data and apply insights to future creatives.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to experiment.
  • Interest in mobile games, advertising, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Ownership mindset and responsibility for results.
