Description

  • Lead a comprehensive rebrand covering positioning, visual identity, brand voice, messaging architecture, and design system.
  • Develop a brand that helps enterprise buyers understand, trust, and get excited about voice AI.
  • Build and maintain a scalable brand system with guidelines, component libraries, and templates.
  • Own creative expression across the website, sales collateral, product UI, events, analyst presentations, social, and video.
  • Build an AI-forward creative team and workflow using generative AI tools to speed production and prototyping.
  • Develop standards and guardrails for AI-assisted creative work and maintain brand integrity as tools evolve.
  • Create campaign creative for complex B2B buying journeys from awareness through late-stage sales enablement.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate technical capabilities into buyer-relevant narratives.
  • Create high-impact sales assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case study formats, RFP-response templates, and executive leave-behinds.
  • Hire, build, and manage a remote-first creative team across design, copy, motion, and video, including agency and freelance partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in brand design, creative direction, or integrated marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrable experience leading a rebrand or brand transformation at a B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software company.
  • A portfolio showing strategic thinking and executional range across brand systems, campaign creative, digital, and content.
  • Experience managing distributed or fully remote creative teams across time zones.
  • Track record of building creative functions at scale, including hiring, process-setting, and vendor management.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with fluency in the broader design toolchain across motion, video, and web.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
  • Strong written communication skills for creative briefs, brand voice guides, and executive summaries.
  • Comfort presenting work at board level and influencing without authority across Product, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Nice-to-have experience at a voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology company.
  • Nice-to-have background in enterprise CX, contact center, or fintech/hospitality verticals.
  • Nice-to-have motion design or video direction experience.
  • Nice-to-have experience with analyst relations creative for Gartner, Forrester, or IDC briefings.
