Description

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including license, vendor, service, SaaS, publishing, marketing, and platform agreements.
  • Support internal teams, including procurement, finance, product, marketing, and operations, on day-to-day contractual matters.
  • Track key contract terms, deadlines, renewals, and obligations.
  • Support privacy and data protection matters, including reviewing data processing arrangements.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate legal and compliance risks across the business.
  • Review consumer-facing content, communications, and operational materials.
  • Provide legal input on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Support the review of new tools, vendors, and business initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal legal awareness and training initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial contracts and general in-house legal support.
  • Experience in compliance and mobile game development business environments is desirable.
  • Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
  • Practical, business-oriented approach with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently while recognising when escalation is required.
  • Fluency in both English and Russian is an advantage.
