Description

  • Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
  • Source, locate, and engage passive candidates using proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Build and manage global talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and improve alignment throughout recruiting.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers with training and best practices.
  • Work with business units to stay aligned on evolving hiring needs and industry trends.
  • Use data and reporting to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Support DEI efforts by sourcing diverse candidates and maintaining an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and respectful interviews.
  • Plan and execute initiatives that improve TA processes, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with the Employee Engagement Specialist to strengthen DoiT’s employer brand.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of in-house recruiting experience at a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring technical roles in Eastern Europe.
  • Hands-on ownership of end-to-end hiring, including writing job descriptions, interviewing, collaborating with hiring managers, negotiating, and managing offers.
  • Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with native-level English.
  • Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Experience implementing AI in hiring efforts (preferred).
  • Experience with Greenhouse (preferred).
  • Experience hiring for non-tech roles (preferred).
  • Understanding of the cloud management space (preferred).
  • Experience managing remote hiring processes (preferred).
  • Experience hiring in APAC or the US (preferred).
  • Additional languages (preferred).
  • BA in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Based remotely in Eastern Europe as an independent contractor for an expected duration of 6 months.
