Description

  • Work with clients to understand their requirements and technical challenges.
  • Develop technical solution designs and communicate their value to client teams.
  • Create delivery estimates and an estimated project plan.
  • Act as the lead technical member of implementation project teams.
  • Own key technical decisions and keep delivery on track.
  • Unblock project issues when work is stalled.
  • Build scalable and efficient cloud applications using technologies such as Kubernetes, AI, and LLMs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions from concept through deployment and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems in cloud environments.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a software engineering capacity.
  • Strong experience with Python and preferably additional languages such as Go.
  • Familiarity with microservice architectures.
  • Fundamental Kubernetes skills, including packaging and deploying applications to Kubernetes.
  • Experience building applications that work with data, databases, and the broader data ecosystem preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI workflows, LangChain, and Streamlit highly desirable.
  • Experience deploying production workloads on public cloud platforms, either GCP or AWS.
  • Experience using CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab.
  • Ability to work with new tools and technologies without prior experience.
  • Comfortable being on video in internal and client meetings.
  • Strong English communication skills.
