Description

  • Own frontline communication with schools and educators via phone, email, and text.
  • Manage the support inbox and internal channels, ensuring queries are handled promptly.
  • Provide calm, efficient solutions to urgent support issues during busy morning rush periods.
  • Contribute to the Knowledge Base by turning common questions into self-serve resources.
  • Identify recurring user pain points and recommend process improvements.
  • Partner with US-based teams to resolve complex issues and maintain a consistent support experience.
  • Document and escalate technical or systemic issues to inform product priorities.
  • Use frontline feedback to help improve platform and support processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Ontario.
  • Full-time availability for 7:00-16:00 AST or 8:00-17:00 AST.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Professional, empathetic, and clear communication style.
  • Ability to stay calm and prioritize effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity in a scaling business.
  • Background in Customer Service or Customer Success, especially in a tech-led environment, is helpful but not essential.
  • Experience in the education sector is helpful but not essential.
  • Experience using Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite is helpful but not essential.
