Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate ICT-related agreements including software licenses, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, reseller, SLA, NDA, and partnership contracts.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, terminations, and template maintenance.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales legal work for ICT transactions and complex commercial deals.
  • Partner with business development, sales, procurement, and finance teams to structure, negotiate, and close commercial arrangements.
  • Lead legal negotiations with hyperscalers, partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Advise on corporate, commercial, data protection, regulatory, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters affecting ICT operations.
  • Support the implementation of legal policies, governance frameworks, and compliance processes.
  • Act as a legal advisor to internal teams across sales, product, technical, and operations functions.
  • Develop and deliver internal training on contract law, negotiation, confidentiality, and IP management.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on complex, jurisdiction-specific, or high-value matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); LLM or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with in-house experience in the ICT or technology sector.
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align legal advice with business objectives.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-border environment and deliver under pressure.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
