Description

  • Manage daily social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, Discord, and YouTube.
  • Publish and schedule content while maintaining social media calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions.
  • Draft, edit, and optimize posts and community messaging according to brand guidelines and platform best practices.
  • Coordinate with designers and internal stakeholders to brief, review, and approve creative assets.
  • Execute social campaigns, competitions, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor community activity, respond to users, moderate content, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Track social performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting.
  • Use engagement data and insights to improve content performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor platform updates, social trends, and competitor activity, and recommend relevant improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content-focused roles.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and native Instagram/Facebook publishing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Availability to work a schedule aligned with US time zones.
  • Basic creative or video editing experience, especially with Reels, Stories, or Shorts (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Bitly and UTM link tracking (preferred).
  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or managing large online communities (preferred).
