Description

  • Manage daily Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok activity, including content creation, scheduling, repurposing, and audience engagement.
  • Support the TikTok launch by applying existing training materials to content planning and execution.
  • Source and manage influencer partnerships, including product-for-content and longer-term collaborations.
  • Research and expand the brand’s Reddit presence, including coordinating external support when needed.
  • Maintain online store listings, keywords, SEO, functions, and automations.
  • Review AI-generated SEO blog content for accuracy, readability, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Maintain existing marketplace listings and create new listings by repurposing product information.
  • Manage special projects such as website review migration and shipping-cost research.
  • Coordinate external vendors, stock reorders, samples, packaging updates, and service-provider follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support and track tasks and projects through completion.

Requirements

  • Proven social media content creation and copywriting experience across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Ability to create posts and reels, not only schedule content.
  • Experience with Metricool or a similar social media scheduling platform.
  • Experience with influencer marketing or outreach platforms preferred.
  • Shopify or similar e-commerce platform experience preferred.
  • Ability to review and refine AI-generated SEO and blog content.
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces and seller platforms.
  • Beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer-product industry experience preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
