Description

  • Provide L1, L2, or L3 support for users accessing systems through Azure Virtual Desktop, depending on experience and team needs.
  • Troubleshoot AVD login issues, session disconnects, performance problems, and application access issues.
  • Support local laptops used primarily for AVD connectivity.
  • Maintain and support AVD session hosts and host pools.
  • Update golden images and distribute software to AVD hosts using defined runbooks and processes.
  • Support user access and devices through Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Provide operational support for PrinterLogic, Mimecast, and Zscaler.
  • Perform daily checks, follow change management processes, and escalate issues when required.
  • Handle ticket resolution, deeper troubleshooting, escalation support, or coordination responsibilities as assigned by role level.

Requirements

  • Experience in Service Desk, IT Support, or Endpoint Support.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or Windows 365.
  • Experience with Nerdio is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
  • Comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments.
  • Strong written and spoken English at B2 level or above.
