Description

  • Manage client relationships within an assigned book of business and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Provide timely support to clients via phone and email, including responses to escalated issues and special requests.
  • Build strong client relationships to support retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot client problems, coordinate issue resolution, and work with product support on software bugs.
  • Conduct client check-in calls and proactively assess client health.
  • Follow up consistently with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Complete special projects and develop subject matter expertise in new areas of the product.
  • Gain strong knowledge of the product and the real estate space to speak confidently to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, billing, marketing, international, technical, and product support teams on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing an assigned book of business in customer service, coaching, training, sales, or account management.
  • Examples of recommending solutions to clients that resulted in upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ability to facilitate solutions to complex issues and requests.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; startup experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently toward deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive demeanor, trustworthy character, and ability to take initiative through completion.
  • Ability to understand and convey detailed information about services and systems.
  • Understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
