Description

  • Coordinate collection of client video recordings and communicate submission requirements.
  • Review videos for technical and quality standards and request resubmissions when needed.
  • Track client consent forms, video submissions, production status, and outstanding requirements.
  • Upload approved videos to HeyGen Digital Twin Studio and generate digital twin videos using available configurations.
  • Test scripts and adjust settings to improve appearance, voice, delivery, and presentation quality.
  • Conduct quality control for visual issues, lip synchronization, facial expressions, movements, and overall professionalism.
  • Maintain an organized client production pipeline and communicate status updates or delays.
  • Identify recurring workflow issues and help develop repeatable production processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, follow-up, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Comfort learning and working with new software and technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks while maintaining accurate records.
  • Good visual judgment and ability to recognize polished, natural, and professional video content.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with overlap during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience with video creation, editing, AI video tools, or digital content platforms preferred.
  • Experience with HeyGen or similar AI video/avatar platforms preferred.
  • Experience in client coordination, customer support, operations, virtual assistance, or project coordination preferred.
  • Familiarity with framing, lighting, audio, lip synchronization, and video presentation preferred.
  • Computer with a 2 GHz+ Intel Core i5/i7 or equivalent processor, current Windows 10/11 or macOS Ventura/Sonoma, at least 16 GB RAM, and 100 GB free disk space.
  • Backup computer with equivalent specifications, noise-canceling headset, wired internet of at least 20 Mbps, backup internet, and backup power source required.
  • Availability for the 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time shift.
