Description

  • Design the systems, playbooks, and processes that help Build scale.
  • Remove bottlenecks and use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work.
  • Own Build revenue growth, conversion by market, and performance forecasting.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early and build action plans for underperforming markets.
  • Partner with the CEO, Head of Marketing, Product, and Design Operations to remove blockers to completion.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Build Project Managers.
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards for the team.
  • Build a culture of ownership, outcomes, and speed.
  • Manage and expand the contractor network to support growth.
  • Ensure contractors meet standards for conversion, responsiveness, quality, and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, program management, or business operations.
  • Experience owning a business or a P&L is ideal.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Track record of owning a number and beating it.
  • Experience managing external partners, vendors, or contractor networks.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data, KPIs, and dashboards to drive decisions.
  • Experience in landscape construction, residential construction, outdoor living, or a related industry strongly preferred.
  • Bias toward fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities change quickly.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first company.
  • Located in a state where Yardzen is registered for employment.
