Description

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for post-registration verification and onboarding.
  • Own end-to-end client verification and onboarding journeys, with a focus on reducing friction and scaling automation.
  • Use funnel metrics and customer research to identify drop-offs, improve satisfaction, and prioritize optimizations.
  • Translate product strategy into business requirements, PRDs, and actionable work for development teams.
  • Partner with the Engineering Team Lead and cross-functional backend, mobile, Salesforce, and AI/Data teams.
  • Collaborate with KYC operations, legal, risk, marketing, and technical stakeholders to deliver compliant product launches.
  • Use data and measurable evidence to justify product decisions.
  • Leverage AI to improve the speed and effectiveness of verification experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven product management experience leading onboarding or KYC products in a regulated environment.
  • Understanding of AML directives, the EU AI Act, and KYC regulatory differences across jurisdictions.
  • Strong data-analysis skills, including use of funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and automation opportunities.
  • Practical experience using AI-based tools in day-to-day product management work.
  • Experience defining business requirements, creating PRDs, and driving delivery with engineering and design teams.
  • Familiarity with emerging technology trends, SaaS, and mobile and web application design.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional agile teams.
  • High autonomy and a self-starter mindset.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
