Description

  • Own the player experience for offer cards, detail pages, video, playables, interstitials, and reward flows.
  • Define support and rendering requirements for VAST, HTML, MRAID, and OpenRTB Native formats across Web, iOS, Android, and Unity.
  • Create creative standards, asset specifications, safe-area rules, branding guidelines, and creative QA/rejection processes.
  • Develop Figma designs, prototypes, PRDs, and acceptance criteria covering edge cases and device differences.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to maintain a consistent offerwall design system across publishers and platforms.
  • Run A/B tests on layouts, creative treatments, and ad formats, and use results to prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Track CTR, video completion rate, offer start and completion rates, IPM, and eCPM to improve engagement and performance.
  • Apply AI to generate and adapt creative, localize assets, assess creative quality, prototype concepts, and analyze test results.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Demand, Publisher Success, and Data to translate publisher and advertiser feedback into actionable product decisions.

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of product management experience, including significant AdTech experience.
  • Hands-on experience owning ad design, ad experiences, creative formats, or in-app/game ad rendering.
  • Working knowledge of VAST, HTML, MRAID, and OpenRTB Native formats, including their specifications and common rendering issues.
  • Ability to design A/B tests, interpret results, and use SQL or BI tools for analysis.
  • Experience writing clear product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Strong visual judgment and ability to connect layout decisions to player behavior.
  • Clear communication skills for working with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
  • Based in Los Angeles or elsewhere in the US and able to work across US time zones.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, or Figma AI for ad creative, product prototyping, or workflow improvement (preferred).
  • Experience with offerwalls, rewarded ads or video, Figma prototyping, mobile gaming or app monetization, ad SDKs, or mediation (preferred).
