Description

  • Own data analysis for Xsolla’s new B2C apps and websites to improve how users are rewarded and engaged.
  • Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analysis, including funnel mapping, cohort analysis, and behavioral modeling.
  • Define product KPIs and build automated dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
  • Design, orchestrate, and analyze multivariate product experiments to support growth and feature optimization.
  • Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to uncover player insights, forecast economic trends, and support monetization strategy.
  • Collaborate with data, product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders on business cases and feature forecasts.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within games or other consumer-facing apps.
  • Strong fluency in SQL with the ability to work with highly dimensional and complex datasets.
  • Strong proficiency with Statsig or a comparable A/B testing platform.
  • Strong proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools.
  • Strong proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling in a product context (nice to have).
  • Background in advertising, offerwall, or performance marketing analytics (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with user acquisition and monetization metrics in mobile or free-to-play games (nice to have).
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.
