Description

  • Diagnose integration issues using data dumps, technical logs, and other technical evidence.
  • Describe client-reported issues clearly and concisely for internal resolution.
  • Provide workable technical problem-solving support for integration-related cases.
  • Communicate solutions clearly and reference appropriate documentation when helping clients.
  • Escalate or route issues to the correct internal teams when needed.
  • Manage a significant workload independently while prioritizing multiple projects and client needs.
  • Use customer service skills to support clients and maintain strong interpersonal communication.
  • Work with online productivity tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Basecamp, Slack, and Google Translate.
  • Learn and adapt to new tools, methods, and technologies as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience within the video game industry.
  • Prior integration experience.
  • General integration knowledge.
  • Ability to problem-solve and understand specific client needs.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a significant workload with high autonomy, strong prioritization, and excellent time management.
  • Preferred: multilingual proficiency, experience with web or game programming (Unreal, Unity), or a higher education background in computer science.
