Description

  • Lead and oversee the rollout, administration, and ongoing compliance of Xsolla’s Complementary Compensation Plan.
  • Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and communication of compensation plans.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Executive, Operations, and HR teams to align programs and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update policies and practices.
  • Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation compliance.
  • Support due diligence and prepare documentation as requested.
  • Review and support existing compensation programs with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or certification such as CEP or JD preferred.
  • 8+ years of direct experience in a compensation, compliance, or legal position.
  • Demonstrated experience with IPOs, crypto compensation plans, ESPPs, and/or equity compensation plans.
  • Deep knowledge of SEC laws, regulations, and compensation compliance best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of crypto and tokens.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to be based onsite in Sherman Oaks or travel regularly to the office as business needs require.
  • Background check may include criminal history, employment verification, education verification, credit history, and professional license verification.
