Description

  • Coordinate the onboarding of newly awarded government contracts and establish related projects, documentation, and internal systems.
  • Build and maintain contract records in Unanet, including projects, labor categories, assignments, funding levels, option years, and status updates.
  • Monitor contract utilization, funding, and burn reporting to support operational reporting and resource planning.
  • Maintain contract files and documentation for modifications, option exercises, closeout, and other supporting records in SharePoint and internal repositories.
  • Manage the lifecycle of subcontract agreements, teaming agreements, and related contractual documents with internal stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day contract administration to ensure compliance with contractual requirements throughout the period of performance.
  • Coordinate CPARS activities with internal leadership.
  • Track option periods, milestones, compliance requirements, and renewal deadlines and communicate upcoming actions proactively.
  • Support personnel security activities, including clearance processing, reinvestigations, and annual security training requirements.
  • Support ISO compliance efforts, assist with audits, maintain SOP documentation, and improve internal processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in government contracting, contract administration, compliance, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Experience with contract management or ERP systems; Unanet experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management platforms.
  • Understanding of federal contracting concepts, including contract modifications, option periods, subcontract administration, and contract documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with National Industrial Security Program (NISP) requirements and Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities is preferred.
  • Experience supporting personnel security clearance processing and reinvestigations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality management systems or similar compliance frameworks is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team is preferred.
  • A continuous improvement mindset focused on operational excellence and process efficiency is preferred.
