Description

  • Lead design efforts for complex, cross-cutting initiatives spanning multiple teams or product areas.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to define problems, scope opportunities, and shape approaches.
  • Translate ambiguous product and customer needs into clear, scalable experience strategies and design solutions.
  • Set a strong design point of view and influence direction through rationale, craft, and outcomes.
  • Produce high-quality design work while guiding others through reviews, feedback, and shared problem-solving.
  • Identify experience gaps, risks, and opportunities early and help teams navigate tradeoffs.
  • Contribute to improving design practices, workflows, and quality standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience working on complex digital products.
  • Proven experience leading design on ambiguous, high-impact initiatives.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design across workflows and journeys.
  • Excellent interaction, UX, and visual design skills, with a portfolio showing strategic depth and execution.
  • Experience influencing without authority in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate decisions and tradeoffs.
  • Comfort operating across multiple teams or problem spaces simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently frame problems and propose approaches.
  • Strong judgment about when to go deep versus when to move quickly.
  • Experience designing for B2B or operational platforms is a plus.
  • Experience partnering closely with research or data teams is a plus.
  • Mentorship experience with senior or mid-level designers is a plus.
