Description

  • Collaborate with L&D stakeholders to understand content structure and learning objectives.
  • Design the UX of SCORM-based courses, including text layout and interactive elements such as quizzes and case studies.
  • Develop a course concept and template aligned with the existing corporate design system.
  • Create three full courses using the defined framework.
  • Design illustrations or establish a visual system, including style guidelines, an asset library, or generation prompts.
  • Ensure brand consistency and a clean, intuitive user experience.
  • Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Apply learning-oriented design thinking to support course clarity and flow.

Requirements

  • Experience as a UX, product, or learning designer.
  • Background working with educational content or courses is a strong plus.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, structured user flows.
  • Strong visual sensibility with a clean, modern, minimalistic style.
  • Comfort working within constraints such as an existing design system.
  • Familiarity with SCORM and e-learning basics, or the ability to ramp up quickly.
  • A self-directed work style with confidence making design decisions independently.
  • Experience designing with learning metrics in mind, including completion rates, drop-off points, time-to-complete, and quiz success rates, is an added bonus.
  • Availability for a part-time, project-based role of approximately 20 hours per week.
