Description

  • Serve as the operational lead and daily voice for organic social and community engagement.
  • Represent Xometry in buyer and supplier communities, including forums, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Establish and manage social listening and servicing tools.
  • Own the social content calendar and partner with the agency on content production.
  • Create and manage a triage process for community and social inquiries.
  • Respond to inbound engagement and involve subject matter experts when technical expertise is needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing organic social and/or online community programs, ideally in a B2B or technical industry.
  • Strong writing skills and an adaptable voice for authentic engagement across forums, Reddit, and other communities.
  • Experience with or working knowledge of social listening and servicing tools.
  • Ability to triage and prioritize inbound engagement and determine when to escalate inquiries.
  • Experience partnering with an agency on content production while retaining ownership of voice and strategy.
  • Proactive, community-first approach to monitoring and participating in relevant conversations.
